We really want everyone to be happy with EBIKO merchandise and completely understand if you’d like to process a return!
We accept returns & exchanges, under the following conditions:
- within 7 days of order delivery
- new , unworn, no stains & odors
- original clear plastic bag + tag attached
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept return & exchanges for limited and creator drops, but we will try our best!!
*disclaimer: once return is received it may take x amount of days to be processed in original payment form **return shipping label is deducted from return total
- For defected items or mistakes on our ends, shipping fees will be covered and returns/exchanges will be free.
- For sizes and exchanges, additional shipment fees may be needed to process a return. Because of this, we encourage you to check our size chart and ensure you order the perfect size.
