How long will it take for my order to arrive? 

We take around 4 to 5 business days to prepare and package your order. Please follow this chart based on the location of your shipping address:

 My item is a backordered item. How long will it take to arrive? 

Backordered items can take anywhere from 4 to 12 weeks due to it being out of stock. The items have to be produced from scratch which may take a while. Please keep in mind that backordered items will not have a promised date of arrival, but once we it comes back in stock, it will be processed immediately within 2-3 days. 

Can I return/and or exchange my order? 

We accept returns & exchanges within 7 days of order delivery! We really want everyone to be happy with Ebiko merchandise and completely understand if you’d like to process a return. Please keep the original packaging intact. Keep in mind that additional shipment fees may be needed to process a smooth return.

Can I return/and or exchange if my order is international? 

Currently through Shopify, we are unable to provide exchanges at this time for international orders. However, you are able to return your order for a refund. Keep in mind that the return shipping fees will be at your expense. So we strongly suggest you check out our size chart to ensure that you get the correct size! 

Help! I don't know what size to get!

There is a size chart alongside every product available! Please compare the measurements to your favorite hoodie at home to ensure that you will be happy with how it fits.

If you ordered the wrong size, you can email help@ebiko.us to change your size before it ships out. However, if you already received a shipping confirmation email, we’ll try our best to assist you in exchanging the hoodie for your proper size or processing a return.

Can I exchange my size for a different size? 

Yes, we accept size exchanges as long as we are informed within 7 days of product delivery. However, you may have to compensate for shipping fees so we strongly suggest you check out our size chart to ensure that you get your perfect size. 

I made a mistake on my shipping address. Can I change my address? 

Yes, definitely, as long as your order has not been shipped out yet. Please email us at help@ebiko.us and we can help change your address as soon as possible. However, if the order has already been marked as shipped and there is tracking information, we are unable to change the address. 

How do I take care of Ebi products? 

All hoodies are machine washable, but it is suggested to hang-dry the hoodie afterwards to reserve quality and longevity. Our hoodies are made to be able to handle machine-drying, but we recommend against it to keep the material in its best condition. Drying it flattened out on a surface will avoid any unwanted creases.
