Pre-Orders

What is a pre-order and how long will it take?

When you place a pre-order, you're reserving a product before it officially becomes available. Pre-ordered items typically arrive at our warehouse within 90-120 days, though this can vary. Once they arrive, we’ll ship them to you right away.

In-Stock Products

How long will it take for in-stock items to arrive?

Within the U.S.: Usually delivered within 4-5 business days.

Internationally: Typically delivered within 7-14 business days.

Backordered Items

How long will it take for a backordered item to arrive?

Backordered items can take 4 to 12 weeks to arrive since they need to be produced from scratch. We don’t have a specific arrival date, but once the item is back in stock, it will be processed and shipped within 2-3 days.

Returns and Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my order?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your EBIKO purchase! We accept returns and exchanges under these conditions:

Within 7 days of delivery: Items must be new, unworn, and free of stains and odors. Must include the original clear plastic bag and tag. Note: Limited edition and creator drops are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Defective Items: We cover shipping fees for defective items or mistakes on our part. Size Exchanges: Additional shipping fees may apply.

Disclaimer: Once we receive your return, processing may take some time. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

International Orders

Can I return or exchange an international order?

Currently, we cannot process exchanges for international orders. You can return your order for a refund, but return shipping costs are at your expense. Please check our size chart carefully before ordering.

Size Information

How do I choose the right size?

Each product has a size chart available. Compare the measurements to a similar item you already own to ensure the best fit. If you need to change the size before shipping, email us at help@ebiko.us.

If you’ve already received a shipping confirmation, we’ll do our best to assist with a return or exchange.

Address Changes

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Email us at help@ebiko.us to update your address. If your order is already on its way, we can’t change the address, and you may need to cover shipping costs to resend it.

Product Care

How do I take care of Ebi products? 

All hoodies are machine washable. For best results, hang-dry them to maintain quality and prevent creases. Machine drying is okay but may affect the material over time.
